Shoe TPU hot melt adhesive film is a commonly used material in footwear manufacturing, which is widely recognized for its good adhesive properties and heat resistance. The heat resistance of TPU hot melt adhesive film mainly depends on its chemical structure and production process. TPU material itself has good thermal stability and is able to keep its physical properties unchanged within a certain temperature range.
The heat resistance of TPU hot melt adhesive film is usually reflected in the processing temperature and long-term use temperature that it can withstand. During shoe processing, TPU hot melt adhesive film needs to be melted at high temperatures to achieve bonding, so it must have enough heat resistance to guarantee that it will not decompose or lose its properties during processing. In general, TPU hot melt adhesive film can withstand temperatures up to 120C to 150C, which makes it suitable for hot melt bonding processes for a wide range of shoe materials.
In long-term use, TPU hot melt adhesive film also needs to show good heat resistance to ensure that its adhesive effect will not be affected by temperature changes during wear. Due to the good aging resistance of TPU material, TPU hot melt adhesive film can maintain stability and durability for a long time even in the environment of temperature change under normal use conditions.
