Extrusion blown film method: This is a common processing method. Extrusion casting method: The TPU molten material is extruded from the slit of the extruder head, cast onto the cooling roller and cooled and solidified into a film. This method produces very thin TPU films with a smooth surface with a controllable thickness, which is suitable for applications with high surface quality requirements, such as optical films.
Injection molding: TPU particles are injected into a mold and molded into a film or article of a specific shape by heat and pressure. This method is suitable for the production of TPU film products with complex shapes and high dimensional accuracy requirements, such as protective films for some electronic devices.
Coating method: TPU solution or emulsion is applied to the surface of the substrate, and then it undergoes drying, curing, and other processes to form a thin film.
